During last weekend’s matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers, Mahomes’ mother, Randi, was notably absent from the game for a heartbreaking reason. She was watching from a hospital room, as her father had been hospitalized.
Randi took to social media to ask for prayers for her father’s recovery.
“Watching the game with daddy today… prayers please for my dad,” she wrote, sharing her emotional moment.
