The Miami Hurricanes continue their relentless recruiting efforts, landing a major target from South Florida in a surprising flip.
Josh Moore, a standout wide receiver from West Broward, announced he is switching his commitment from Florida to Miami.
The 6’4, 205-pound blue-chip prospect is having an outstanding senior season, with 32 catches for 510 yards and five touchdowns in just six games. This move follows the decommitment of four-star wide receiver Malachi Toney, effectively swapping one player for another. Miami often seems to come out ahead in these talent shifts.
Moore is ranked among the top-100 prospects nationally and is considered the No. 8 wide receiver in the 2025 class.
This flip may not be the last for Miami, as head coach Mario Cristobal and his staff remain highly active during the season, aiming to secure more commitments. Their focus will now likely turn to addressing needs in the secondary, where youth and inexperience are beginning to show.
