Tennessee students can snag tickets to a possible College Football Playoff game at Neyland Stadium without spending much. On Monday, the University of Tennessee opened online ticket requests for students, offering seats at just $29.32 each, including taxes and fees. This price is only slightly higher than the regular-season student tickets, which cost $20.
Tennessee, currently with a 10-2 record, is set to make the College Football Playoff. However, whether the Volunteers play at home or on the road in the first round is yet to be determined. Updated rankings will be released on Tuesday evening, and the final playoff bracket will be announced on Sunday.
First-round games are scheduled for Dec. 20 and Dec. 21 at campus venues, with matchups to be revealed on Sunday. Ticket pricing is managed by the College Football Playoff committee, and schools likely to qualify for the 12-team bracket are already gearing up fans to secure their spots.
