From 2003 to 2019, the event ran for 17 consecutive years before a hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Since then, the program has sought creative ways to maintain this connection with its fanbase, including incorporating autograph sessions and photo opportunities into the annual Spring Showcase at Spartan Stadium.
