The Alabama Crimson Tide baseball team has learned its fate for the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Head coach Rob Vaughn’s squad has been selected as the No. 2 seed in the Hattiesburg Regional, hosted by Southern Mississippi. This marks the Crimson Tide’s 23rd NCAA Tournament appearance in program history.
The Hattiesburg Regional will feature four teams competing in a double-elimination format from May 30 to June 2. Joining Alabama and host Southern Miss in the regional are Central Connecticut State and Miami. The Tide’s first matchup will be against Central Connecticut State on May 30, with the winner advancing in the tournament.
Alabama enters the tournament with a 41–16 overall record and a 16–14 mark in Southeastern Conference play. The team has shown resilience throughout the season, including a notable victory over Missouri in the SEC Tournament, where they overcame a 10–0 deficit to secure a walk-off win.
The Crimson Tide’s path to the College World Series in Omaha will require them to advance through the regional and super regional rounds. If Alabama wins the Hattiesburg Regional, they will face the winner of the Baton Rouge Regional in the Super Regionals, with the potential to host the series at Sewell–Thomas Stadium in Tuscaloosa.
As the tournament progresses, Alabama fans can follow the team’s journey through the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship on ESPN networks, with coverage of the regionals, super regionals, and the Men’s College World Series.
With a strong season behind them and a favorable seeding, the Crimson Tide are poised to make a deep run in the 2025 NCAA Baseball Tournament.

This sounds like an exciting opportunity! I’m curious about what kind of activities Soccershakers offers—are there specific programs for beginners or advanced players? The idea of unleashing my inner athlete is intriguing, but I’d love to know more about the training approach. How do you ensure a balance between fun and skill development? Also, what kind of partnerships are you looking for—is it for sponsors, coaches, or something else? The energy in this text is contagious, but I’d appreciate more details to fully understand what’s in store. Can you share some success stories or testimonials from past participants?
