The announcement was made Monday morning during a special televised event hosted at the ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut, and simulcast on Netflix. Representatives from all three organizations praised Oklahoma’s unparalleled dominance, particularly under the leadership of head coach Patty Gasso, who has guided the program to multiple national championships and built a dynasty rooted in discipline, family, and faith.
