According to ESPN’s release, MSU boasts over 20 athletic teams ranked in the national Top 25, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, hockey, gymnastics, cheerleading, wrestling, and tennis—among many others.
Netflix, which has been quietly filming a year-long docuseries chronicling the inner workings of MSU Athletics, confirmed that the eight-part documentary titled “SPARTANS: Built Different” will be released globally later this year.
