SWEET NEWS FOR THE BLUE & GOLD FAMILY: PARRAMATTA EELS UNVEIL A 2026 DRAW FULL OF HEART, HOPE & HOME-GROWN EXCITEMENT.
Some seasons challenge you… some seasons change you… and some seasons bring a whole community together. For Parramatta, 2026 is shaping up to be the year where every heartbeat in PARRAdise pulses as one.
The Parramatta Eels are gearing up for an electrifying 2026 NRL season after the club’s official draw revealed a schedule packed with anticipation, opportunity, and plenty of fan-friendly moments. With a string of high-profile clashes, an extended run of games at CommBank Stadium, and the least travel kilometres of any NRL club, the Blue & Gold are perfectly placed to build consistency and momentum throughout the year.
Eels CEO Jim Sarantinos expressed his excitement at a draw tailor-made for connection and community.
“This draw includes something for everyone — Saturday night blockbusters, family-friendly Sunday games, and huge Sydney derbies,” Sarantinos said. “With multiple games at CommBank Stadium and even away games at the same venue, our Members have 13 chances to see the team live in PARRAdise. We’re encouraging everyone to turn CommBank into a fortress.”
A Flying Start and Season-Defining Moments
After a tough pre-season under Jason Ryles, the Eels will be ready to explode into action. Before Round 1, two trial matches offer a chance to tune up:
- Feb 15: Sharks at Henson Park
- Feb 21: Roosters at Gosford
The Eels officially launch their season on March 5, facing the Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park, before a Round 2 clash at Suncorp Stadium against the Brisbane Broncos.
Then comes one of the most anticipated stretches of the season:
Five straight games at CommBank Stadium from Rounds 3 to 7, including:
- Round 3: Multicultural Round vs Dragons
- Round 5: Easter Monday vs Wests Tigers
- Round 7: Blockbuster vs Bulldogs — celebrating the 40-year anniversary of the 1986 Premiership team
Magic Round will see Parramatta face the Storm in Round 11 at Suncorp Stadium, replacing their annual Darwin fixture.
A Dream Travel Schedule
Parramatta will enjoy the fewest travel kilometres of any club — just 9,563 km for the season. After Round 13, every match is played in Sydney, except a single Round 25 trip to face the Dolphins.
Special Rounds & Community Highlights
Fans can look forward to themed rounds including ANZAC Round, Indigenous Rounds (home & away), the Johnny Mannah Cup, the i4Give Cup, and Member Appreciation Round — all reinforcing the bond between the team and its community.
A Season Built for Blue & Gold Unity
With 12 free-to-air games, a Sydney-loaded schedule, and a calendar full of heritage moments and family-friendly matchups, the 2026 draw promises to bring Eels fans closer than ever.
Membership and hospitality packages are now available — and in PARRAdise, every supporter counts.
Get ready, Blue & Gold family… 2026 is calling.
